It provides learners with the knowledge to recognise a suspected mental health condition and the skills to start a conversation. Gives you the confidence to be able to signpost a person towards professional help. Everyone can benefit from this course and it is a great stepping stone into First Aid for Mental Health.

Upon successful completion of the Mental Health Training, Learners will be awarded the Level 1 Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health.

Yes, we can come out to your business and deliver on-site training for 6 or more people.
What area do you cover?
We operate across Cornwall and into Devon for group bookings.
