How do we help schools?
We have designed a unique way for any school to embrace the changes in curriculum to now teach first aid to students in the coming years. We have discussed with schools about what schools need, and have bridged the gap. If you choose Cornwall Training for your adult staff training on any of our courses, for every 6 people you train in a term, we give you for FREE, one of our instructors to teach the children for 2 x 1-hour sessions. If you want the pupils to have the colouring in manuals and certificates prices start at just £6 + vat per pupil.
Our Instructors
The instructors are fully qualified experienced trainers, and they are working for front line emergency services. They will come in and cover basic first aid skills with the children. Subjects we will cover, who and how to call for help, recovery position, basic CPR. This alleviates the pressure on your staff to train the additional sessions, along with not having the expense of buying additional equipment. The skills can also be added to year on year as the children grow.
AED
With the increase in Sudden Cardiac Arrests, schools are well placed to install a Defibrillator. If you buy an AED for the school and receive free training for up to 12 staff, and get a session for the children too. As a HeartSine authorised distributor, through Aero Healthcare UK we can offer a range of units to suit all needs. We can also help arrange finance options through the distributor to help spread the cost. There is a Schools scheme available for discounted AED, which we can help with, SCHOOL AED

Are you able to attend our site to conduct the training?
Yes, we can come out to your business and deliver on-site training for 6 or more people.
What area do you cover?
We operate across Cornwall and into Devon for group bookings.
