The objective of the Customer Service Level 2 course is to support learners working to or preparing to work, in a customer service role. Where using a telephone or dealing face to face with customers is a part of their role. The course is suitable for all types of industry where Customer Service is a requirement.
What is involved on the course?
The Customer Service Level 2 course is a one day course and covers the principles of Customer Service, including how to meet customers’ expectations, the importance of appropriate behaviour and communication techniques, as well as ways to deal with problem customers.

The price includes all equipment, Registration and Certification, refreshments throughout the course and course manual to keep.
The course can be delivered at our training centre in St Austell. If you have a suitable area, we can also deliver at your premises. This would reduce training costs with no travel costs for your employees.
