The Level 2 Award in the Principles of Infection Prevention and Control (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification that has been specifically designed for those who have a specific responsibility in infection prevention and control within their job roles, such as in the NHS or other healthcare environments.

During this half-day course, candidates will develop a greater understanding of the principles of infection prevention and control, including roles and responsibilities, personal hygiene, policies and procedures, and ways to minimise the risk of infection in a Health Care setting.
