What Is The FREC Level 3 Course?
Our First Response Emergency Care FREC 3 courses are delivered here in the South West and are a 5-day course that gives you all the essential training you need to administer crisis care in a pre-hospital setting. Our FREC 3 trainers deliver a hands-on practical course, giving a vocational route to becoming a paramedic, with the use of realistic environments and live casualties giving you a fully immersive experience.
What Will I Learn During FREC Level 3?
The Qualsafe FREC Level 3 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care is a 5-day trauma-based course and is for those seeking a career in the emergency services, ambulance services, the event medical sector or those who work in high-risk workplaces.
Successful learners will gain the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to be able to deal with a wide range of Pre-Hospital Care Emergencies, such as.
- Roles and responsibilities of a First Responder
- Adult, child, and infant CPR & AED usage
- Emergency oxygen
- Traumatic injuries
