What is the STCW Elementary First Aid course?

The Elementary First Aid Course module is a combination of theory and practical training for basic first aid and lifesaving skills.

This course is intended for all seagoing personnel who need to be able to practice emergency first aid on board ship. It comprises the knowledge required in STCW 95 Table A-VI/1-3 and provides an introduction to the principles of First Aid.

We can offer a dual certification with a shore-based Emergency First Aid at Work qualification if required. Two courses for the price of one

What will I learn?

You will learn basic skills to deal with injuries at sea and ashore. basic CPR, bleeds, burns, drowning, how to get help at sea

What’s included in the price?

The price includes all equipment, Registration and Certification, refreshments throughout the course and course manual to keep.
