CDM

Our Cornwall CDM Consultants work in close partnership with each Client, Principal Designer, Principal Contractor and Contractor. We can support, advice and guide you through all health and safety and CDM requirements. Our services include;

Client:

  • Advice on the responsibilities of each duty holder
  • Advice on time and resources required for the project
  • HSE Notification (F10)
  • Advice and completion of Pre-Construction Information documentation
  • Contractor monitoring including regular site safety inspections

Principal Designer / Designers:

  • Advice and completion of Pre-Construction Information documentation
  • Advice on the design risk assessment process
  • Assistance in liaison between design and construction teams
  • Preparation and update of the Health and Safety File
  • Help and completion of on-site risk assessments
  • Help and completion of method statements

Principal Contractor / Contractor:

  • Advice on the responsibilities of each duty holder
  • Preparation of Construction Phase Plans
  • Preparation and update of the Health and Safety File
  • Conduct site health and safety audits and inspections throughout the construction phase
  • Help and completion of Risk Assessments
  • Help and completion of Method Statements
